I went to the office 3 times last year, and 2 times this year during the posted business hours and no one was there to issue me a badge. So, I will be using the pool with my driver's license, which has my name, picture and address on it anyway. If someone is there when I arrive to issue a badge, I will happily get one. But I will be making no extra trips to the office. By the way, I will bring guests as well. I'll limit it to four.
I have tried to comply with the regulations, but you are not holding up your end of the bargain. I pay my homeowners dues. I'll use the pool. Personally, I think it's a waste of money when adults have driver's licenses with all the same information on them. Perhaps it's a good idea for those too young to drive, but you still need to be available when you say you will. My homeowners dues pay for the pool. I expect to have access to it.

Have there been any additional after 8:00 am - 5:00 pm monday-friday posted yet for getting a pool badge. We tried a number of times to get ours, but something always happened. No one was there, meeting, or the machine broke. I am still getting familar with this website, can you please put this new info in an easy to find place?
