Pool Rules
A LIFEGUARD is on duty at the Woodland Springs slide pool only. NO LIFEGUARD on duty at all other pools. Swim at your own risk.- NO DIVING is allowed.
- Pool hours are: 10:00 am until 9:00 pm , Sunday through Thursday 10:00 am until 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday.
- Only 4 (four) guests are allowed per resident. All guest of homeowners must have a valid Pass and be accompanied by the homeowner.
- No food, alcohol or glass objects of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
- NO PETS, bikes, scooters or roller blades allowed in the pool area.
- Emergency equipment is to be used for emergencies only.
- Access to the equipment room is restricted.
- Proper swimwear required. No jeans or cut-offs allowed.
- No running, roughhousing or general horseplay that will endanger the safety of others.
- Radios and other noise should be maintained at a low level at all times.
- Persons with skin diseases, open sores or wounds, inflamed eyes, nasal or ear infections or any communicable diseases are not allowed to use the pool.
- For the health and safety of the residents, rubber pants (as supplementary protection) are required for all non-toilet trained children.
- CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
- The Homeowners Association or Management Company is not responsible for accidents, injuries or theft.

- In case of EMERGENCY, CALL 911
- VANDALISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. To report vandalism, call police immediately then notify SBB Management Company.
Waterslide Rules
- Riders must lie on their backs at all times. All riders must be 48” tall or have prior approval from management in order to ride the waterslide.
- NO combs or foreign objects are allowed in pockets and no jewelry can be worn while riding the slide. No cutoff jeans, only swimsuits allowed.
- Riders must enter the slide in a sitting position and wait for instructors from the guard stationed at the slide starter tube. If no guard is stationed on the platform, all rules must be followed for the safety of all pool patrons.
- All riders must ride feet first while riding on their back with arms crossed over their chest or hands clasped behind their head and legs crossed at the ankles.
- Only one rider at a time. Absolutely no trains and chains of riders are permitted.
- NO tubes, mats, inflatable gear or lifejackets are permitted on the waterslide.
- The line should form on the pool deck with one rider on each landing step and one rider in the starter tube. Wait until the landing area is clear before entering.
- Proceed into the flume only after previous rider enters the pool plunge area.
- Riders must be in good health. Pregnant women or individuals with heart or back conditions should not use this waterslide.
- Do not use this slide while under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substances.
- No running, standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling or stopping in the flume. Arms and hands must remain inside the flume.
- No diving from the slide.
- Leave the plunge pool area promptly after entering the water.
- Non-swimmers are not permitted.
- Warning: water depth 3 feet 6 inches.
- WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW RULES CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.
- PLEASE OBSERVE THE WATERSLIDE RULES AS THEY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
