Golden Triangle Public Meeting

The City of Fort Worth Transportation & Public Works Department will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, March 27th, 2007 at 7 PM at the Chapel, 4101 Golden Triangle Blvd., regarding the improvements for Golden Triangle Blvd. This is a great opportunity to get the latest updates on plans to resolve the issues with Golden Triangle. Here is the latest on Keller Hicks road per TPW staff contingent on council moving forward with the outstanding critical capital needs package (over 110M):

Message from TPW:

The schedule is tight, but we are still planning to start construction on the segment in front of the schools and through the Alta Vista intersection as soon as school lets out at the end of May. I don't see how we can complete it during the summer, but we plan to be complete before Thanksgiving. The segment from Alta Vista to Park Vista is scheduled for construction in 2008.
